Colman brings more than twenty years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant with extensive IT and project management skills to his role at EPB. He is among the most knowledgeable experts on EPB’s 100% fiber optic network – from the financial oversight and project management to the complex technical aspects of implementation. He has a degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and has earned 6 Sigma Black Belt Certification.
