Andy is an experienced advisor on strategic planning and cooperative governance in the rural telecommunications industry.  Andy joined Bennet & Bennet in 2009 and focuses on industry relations and broadband policy issues, including the broadband stimulus programs.  He is a frequent speaker on a wide range of telecom issues.  He began his rural industry career in 1981 as a lobbyist for the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA).  He has held senior positions at both NTCA and the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC), worked on Congressional and Gubernatorial staffs, and served as a Board officer for the National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA).
